Historia

Aer Arann was established in 1970 by James Coen and Ralph Langan to provide air service to 1,000 islanders off the west coast of Ireland. Aer Arann was a regional airline based in Dublin, Ireland. and operated scheduled services on behalf of Aer Lingus Regional. The airline had three bases in Cork, Dublin, Shannon which operated under the Aer Lingus Regional brand. In marzo 2014, Aer Arann changed its name to Stobart Air. In 2010, Aer Arann and Aer Lingus announced the establishment of a franchise arrangement between the two airlines which saw Aer Arann operate a number of routes from Dublin, Cork and Shannon to the UK under the Aer Lingus Regional Brand.

In 2012, this arrangement was extended to Aer Arann operating all of its routes under the Aer Lingus Regional brand. In 2013, Aer Arann was acquired by Stobart Air and the name was changed to Stobart Air.

Destinos

Previously, Aer Arann operated its services between Ireland and the UK, France and the Isle of Man under the Aer Lingus Regional Brand.

The fleet consisted of ATR 42-300, ATR 72-201, ATR 72-500 and ATR-600.
