The airline was founded in 1934 and serves 86 destinations on 4 continents, which include: Mexico, United States, Latin America, Europe, Canada, Asia. Aeroméxico and Aeromexico Connect are part of Grupp Aeromexico, S.A.B de C.V, a holding company whose subsidiaries provide commercial aviation services in Mexico.

The airline has connected Europe and Mexico for over 60 years, with flights from Madrid, Paris, and since diciembre 2012, London, England.

The airline offers five weekly frequencies from London Heathrow to Mexico City, operated by the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner, renewing its passengers travel experience. Boasting 32 seats on Premier Class and 211 seats in Coach, passengers will enjoy flat beds in Clase Premier (Business Class), new touchscreen entertainment system; individual screens with 20 movies and 36 TV series, larger windows, major space between seats, cabin pressurization to reduce flying fatigue, sky interiors LED lighting and exquisite menus onboard designed by renowned chefs. Meal Options

The airline provides their passengers with menus and meals for a truly unforgettable flying experience. For Flights 3 hours or less, passengers are offered items from the bakery, nuts, cookies and other snacks. For flights between 3 and 6 hours in length, passengers will enjoy a full warm meal.


Special Dietary Requirements

On International flights, and medium-to-long-haul flights where the duration is long enough to include a meal service, passengers can pre-order a special meal to meet their special dietary requirements. These meals must be ordered at least 48 hours prior to takeoff, via the Aeromexico call centre. The following is a list of the special meals available:
