Aeroregional is an Ecuadorian full-service airline based at Cuenca Mariscal Lamar Airport, operating regional scheduled and non-scheduled services. The airline started operating in mayo 2018 operating with a fleet of Boeing 737-500 aircraft.

Cuenca Mariscal Lamar International Airport (CUE) is a regional airport serving Cuenca. The airport is equipped with one active runway and a passenger terminal. It's a relatively small airport as there are only two other airlines fly there other than Aeroregional. The other two airlines flying to the airport include Avianca Ecuador and LATAM Ecuador.
As of febrero 2021, Aeroregional has a fleet of two Boeing 737-500 aircraft in their fleet. It's a narrow-body twin-engine aircraft, this is a different model to the Boeing 737MAX.
Aeroregional isn't part of any airline alliances and it hasn't got any codeshare/ interline agreement with other airlines.
