Founded in 2002, Air Antilles is an airline based in Guadeloupe, an island archipelago in the Caribbean which forms an overseas region of France. Air Antilles is an independent airline based at Pointe-à-Pitre International Airport, on the main island of Grande-Terrein, in Guadeloupe.
Air Antilles has a sister airline called Air Guyane Express, which is based in Cayenne, Guyana, a country on the northern mainland of South America. As well as operating flights within Guiana, Air Guyane Express also flies in Guadeloupe, between Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre, Saint Martin and Sainte Lucie, under the name of Air Antilles Express.
Air Antilles also has an alliance with two other airlines: Winnair, and Air Caraïbes. Under this agreement, Air Antilles operates some routes, such as Guadeloupe to Pointe-à-Pitre, on behalf of Air Caraïbes.
Air Antilles has a different baggage policy for carry-on and checked baggage.

All passengers will experience a premium level of service, as Air Antilles is dedicated to ensuring everyone has a comfortable flight. However, within Economy, there are four ticket classes available: COOL, FLEX and SUPER, and BEST, which offer different levels of flexibility when it comes to changing tickets, as well as baggage allowance.

The airport check-in deadline for Air Antilles flights will vary according to the airport and destination of your flight. The Air Antilles check-in deadline is 30 minutes except for flights departing from St-Martin Juliana, Cayenne, San Juan where the check-in deadline is 45 minutes.
Air Antilles Frequent Flyer Club is called 'e-Smiles'.
'e-Smiles' is the name of Air Antilles' frequent flyer program. Passengers can collect points when they fly with the airline and then redeem their e-smiles for free flights. Air Antilles is set to introduce 2 new routes, from St. Lucia George F.L. Charles Airport, to Barbados and Dominica. Flights will be operated using the ATR42 aircraft.
