Air Choice One was a regional American airline, headquartered in Concord, Missouri in Greater St Louis. The airline offered commuter flights from Lambert-St Louis International Airport and many others. Air Choice One was founded in 1979 under the name of Multi-Aero Cooperation and since then had launched as a scheduled airline providing service to hard-to-reach communities.
Air Choice One was based at St. Louis Lambert International Airport and offered domestic services across the midwest and the south USA. Air Choice One flew to 10 destinations with a fleet of over 10 aircraft.

St. Louis Lambert International (STL) is an international airport in St.Louis, Missouri and was the hub airport for Air Choice One. It's the main airport in St.Louis and one of the primary airports in the state of Missouri. Despite being an international airport, the airport mainly handles flights that fly within the US, with very few international flights coming in and out of the airport. Most international flights are flown to and from Canada. The airport has four runways, two terminal buildings and handles nearly 16 million passengers each year.
Cape Air is the only other airline that uses St. Louis International as a hub. Other airlines that fly to and from the airport include Air Canada Express, Alaska Airlines, Contour Airlines, Delta, Frontier, Sun Country and more.
Air Choice One had a fleet of over 10 aircraft. The airline's fleet was predominantly Cessna aircraft, however, it did have a number of Beechcraft planes too.
