Hand baggage for Air Creebec must weigh no more than 13lbs, and must fit within the sizing device at the check-in desk so that it can fit either under the seat or in the overhead compartment.

Economy Class is Air Creebec's only cabin class and is the main cabin on all flights. The airline's skilfully trained cabin crew is available to assist passengers for the duration of the flight with anything that they might need.
Seats are comfortable and give plenty of room. The Economy cabin can carry between 29–50 passengers, depending on the route and the aircraft flown on.

Air Canada recently announced that it will be abandoning its regional routes. In response, Air Creebec is said to be implementing a plan to increase the number of services it provides between Montreal and Abitibi.

As of 24 mayo, Air Creebec has confirmed that its flights between Timmins, Ont., and Montreal via Rouyn-Noranda will be suspended.
Although this service has been running for nearly a year since julio 2018, the aircraft was only running 50% full most of the time, meaning it was not cost-effective to continue running it.
