Historia

Air Mediterranean, also known as Air Med, is a Greek Airline based at Athens, Greece.

Air Mediterranean currently flies between Athens to London, Erbil, Baghdad, Casablanca, Istanbul, Freetown, Frankfurt, Hargeisa, Lagos, Kuwait, Larnaca, Najaf, Mogadishu, Jeddah, Khartoum, London, Stockholm. The airline will soon fly to Abu Dhabi, Algeria, Amsterdam, Beirut, Baku and Tehran.

The airline was founded in enero 2017 and obtained the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) under the Helenic Civil Aviation Authority (HCAA) in accordance with the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Regulation.

As of febrero 2018, Air Mediterranean suspended all of its scheduled passenger flights and began operating as charter airline instead.
