Economy Class: Passengers are allowed to carry on one piece of hand baggage. The maximum weight of the hand baggage is 8 kg, and its dimensions can’t exceed the maximum size of 115 cm (50 x 40 x 25 cm). These dimensions include the wheels, the handle, side pockets, etc.

Business Class: Passengers are allowed to carry on 2 pieces of hand baggage. The maximum weight of the hand baggage is 8 kg and 4 kg, the maximum size of 115 cm (50 x 40 x 25 cm). These dimensions include the wheels, the handle, side pockets etc.

Besides the hand baggage, the passengers are allowed to carry on some of the following items: 1 coat, 1 umbrella, 1 small handbag, 1 camera, and a reasonable amount of reading material.

Your checked baggage will vary depending on the destination you fly to/from and the cabin class you fly in.

During the flight, the Economy class passengers are offered a meal, wines and soft drinks, depending on the time of departure and duration of the flight.

Economy tariffs are subdivided into 3 groups of tariffs: Economy Basic (least restrictive), Economy Regular, and Economy Premium (more restrictive). Each of these three groups of tariffs correspond separate rules regarding booking validity, penalties in case of a modification of the flight date/reimbursement of the ticket.

Business class seats are in a separate cabin, and the central seats are left empty, offering additional space. Business class tariffs are the most flexible in regards to modifications.

Lounge Access: Business passengers are granted access to departure business lounges in all airports that the airline operates scheduled flights from.

Web check-in is available through the Air Moldova check-in page. The service opens 24 hours prior to departure and is available until 2 hours before scheduled departure.

The airline asks passengers to be at the airport 3 hours prior to departure. Check-in is closed with 60 minutes before departure (40 minutes for flights from Frankfurt and Bruxelles).

Children between the age from 2 years to 12 years are entitled to a discount of 25% or 33% from an adult tariff (depending on the chosen destination).

One infant of age up to 2 years (not completed) is entitled to a discount of 90% from an adult tariff with no seat. The airline will need to be informed at the time of booking, by completing the special request form during the booking process or by contacting our customer service team.

Pets are accepted, but with restrictions and under certain conditions. Air Moldova only accepts dogs and cats, and only with prior agreement - a request needs to be made during the booking process. Please note that Air Moldova does not accept big animals in the aircraft cabin.
