About
Aires (also known as Aerovias de Integracion Regional) was the previous name for LAN Colombia, which operated scheduled regional domestic and international services with its main base at El Dorado International Airport in Bogota. Other airlines that now fly to the airport include Wingo, Satena and Copa Airlines.
In 2011, AIRES airline started operations as LAN Colombia. Then in 2013, LAN Colombia became an affiliate member of the Oneworld alliance. The airline is now part of LATAM Airlines.
