“A+ Customer Service”

Great company to work with! I had a flight that needed to be cancelled due to this awful coronavirus pandemic and really like how Alternative Airlines decided to control the number of calls by restricting contact information until you were within 7 days of your flight. I entered by booking reference # seven days before, immediately got their toll free # and was able to work with their service center resolve my issue. I have purchased tickets through alternative air for several years and will continue to be a customer of theirs in the future.

Their call center was saturated, but they gave me great service by email. All of my flights were quickly changed to latter dates. I lost no money thanks to their quick response. Esta ha sido una experiencia fantástica para mi familia. Pudimos reservar el vuelo de inmediato a crédito. Mi esposa cometió un pequeño error al escribir el nombre en uno de los boletos y lo arreglaron extremadamente rápido. Hice una reserva inicial para un viaje en Australia con piernas separadas reservadas con JetStar y Qantas. Lamentablemente, la reserva no estuvo disponible poco después de procesar la transacción debido a un bloqueo regional de ciertas tarifas.

Afortunadamente, el equipo de servicio al cliente (¡Andy en particular!) Fue rápido para explicar la situación y revertir la transacción por mí.

En general, la experiencia fue positiva y sin duda intentaré utilizar el servicio en el futuro.

Honestamente, rara vez dejo comentarios en línea por muchas razones diferentes, pero el increíble servicio que recibí de este sitio web me obligó a dejar un comentario fantástico para que otras personas que buscan utilizar su servicio puedan hacer su propia decisión.

Me topé con este sitio web cuando buscaba un sitio web que aceptara la tarjeta Discover como un modo de servicio y nunca antes había oído hablar de este sitio. Al realizar la reserva del boleto, no me di cuenta de que este es un sitio web del Reino Unido que no tiene un número de atención al cliente de EE. UU. Pero no fue un problema ya que recibí una respuesta inmediata a mis consultas por correo electrónico.

El sitio web en sí es muy limpio y fácil de navegar. El precio del vuelo no es necesariamente el más barato, pero definitivamente es una buena experiencia para usar el sitio web y no hay costos ocultos.

Recomendaría probarlo y no ir a otros sitios web poco fiables que pueden ahorrarle unos cuantos dólares pero dejaría un mal sabor de boca si necesita utilizar su servicio al cliente / p>
