Azur Air Ukraine is a Ukrainian airline that operates out of its hub base Boryspil International Airport (KPB). Founded in 2009, the airline was a subsidiary of the Russian UTair Aviation. However, in octubre 2015, it was announced that tour operator 'Anex Tours' would acquire UTair Aviation - including Azur Air, which it acquired a few weeks after UTair Aviation.
