Passengers flying with Batik Air are entitled to one free item of carry-on baggage. The baggage must not exceed the dimensions of 40cm x 30cm x 20cm and must be no heavier than 7kg in weight.

Economy Class - 1 item of free checked baggage. The baggage must be no heavier than 20kg in weight.

Business Class - 1 item of free checked baggage. The baggage must be no heavier than 30kg in weight.

All passengers flying on Batik Air can purchase additional baggage if required.

Batik Air accepts sports equipment free of charge, including surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles and diving gear.

Online check-in for Batik Air flights can be done on Batik Air's official website. Online check-in is available 12 hours before the flight departure time and closes 45 minutes before takeoff.

Check-in counters are available at the airport for your Batik Air flight. For domestic flights in Indonesia, airport check-in is open 2 hours up until 30 minutes before the flight is due to depart. For international flights, check-in opens 2 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before takeoff.

When flying in Batik Air's economy class, you're permitted 20kg of checked baggage, free of charge. The seats have a 32-inch pitch and are comfortable so you can enjoy your flight. In-flight entertainment is provided - you'll have access to Batik Air's database of movies, music and games to keep you entertained. USB ports are also available.

Fly in style with Batik Air's business class. You'll have access to priority check-in counters and be assisted by Batik Air's personal ambassadors. You are permitted 1 piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 30 kg, free of charge. Business Class passengers have access to Batik Air's airport lounge in Soekarno Hatta Airport and Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport.

Seats have a pitch of 45 inches, providing even more comfort for your journey. As with Economy class, in-flight entertainment is available in the form of movies, music and games.
