Blu-express is Rome's only low-cost based airline, located at Rome Fiumicino airport.

As a division of Blue Panorama Airlines, blu express airline is described as young and dynamic and has large experience from Blue Panorama Airlines, the second long-haul fleet in Italy and the first European company to order Boeing's new 787 Dreamliner.
Blu-express offers reclining leather seats and the on-board staff are always at hand to help with all passengers' needs. The fleet comprises of 3 148-seater Boeing 737/300, 3 B 737/400 167 seater.
Passengers are permitted 1 x 10kg bag free of charge on all flights. This item must fit the dimensions 55 x 40 x 20cm.
For long haul flights, passengers are permitted 1 x 23kg of checked luggage, free of charge. For all other flights, passengers must purchase checked flights. Please note that the prices of checked luggage is cheaper to purchase online than at the airport.
Passengers can check-in for their blu-express flights online before the departure date. This service opens 15 days before, and closes 2 hours before scheduled departure time. It is available for all Italian domestic flights, and all international flights to and from Greece.
Passengers must check-in at the airport for their Blu Express flight if not checking-in online. Visit a member of staff at the blu express check in desk to complete registration.

Blu-express have launched flights frm Milan Bergamo to Kos and Karpathos this summer, making Greece the sixth largest country serviced from the Italian Airport. As the harbour town of Kos becomes the airport’s 14th connection to Greece on 15 June, a week later will see the Italian airline launch its latest route from Milan Bergamo as it adds Karpathos on 24 June.
