Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport
Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (IATA code: CTU) is a major international airport serving Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province, in China.
Often shortened to just Shuangliu, CTU is a public airport operated by Sichuan Province Airport Group Co., Ltd. The airport is large and spacious, with modern passenger facilities.
Along with Beijing International Airport, Shuangliu Airport is a core hub for Air China. The airport is also the main hub for Sichuan Airlines and Chengdu Airlines. China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, Lucky Air and Tibet Airlines also have bases at CTU.

The airport has two terminals: T1 and T2. A free inter-terminal shuttle bus connects Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
Terminal 1: This terminal is mostly used for international flights, as well as a number of domestic flights. Terminal 1 consists of three levels. Access to the three concourses can be found on Level 2, which is the check-in and departure level. Those arriving at the terminal will pass through Level 1, the arrivals level. Most of the concessions can be found on Level 3, which is the rest level.
Terminal 2: This terminal is used for domestic flights within China. The terminal consists of 5 levels and has three Concourses: D, E and F. Level 1 is the arrivals level and Level 3 is the departures level, with access to the gates.

How to get to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport
By Bus
There are a number of busses that operate from the airport. Airport Bus No.1 operates from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport to the city centre. Airport Bus No.2 goes to the Chengdu railway station, and Airport Bus No.3 goes to the Chengdu East railway station.
By Taxi
Taxis operate from the aiport. A taxi to the centre of Chengdu costs about RMB 60 Yuan ($8.40 USD). At Terminal 1, taxis are outside Gate 2, near the Arrivals Hall. At Terminal 2, taxis are near Gates 4 and 5, near the Arrivals Hall.
By High Speed Train
Passengers can take the CRH train at Shuangliu Airport to Chengdu Nan (South) Railway Station and Chengdu Dong (East) Railway Station. Further connections can then be made.
