As a travel agent, we're bound by the rules of each individual airline.
We'll always liaise with the airline before and after your flight to make sure you have everything that you need. However, sometimes, we might receive a request that we cannot fulfil because it goes against what the airline allows.
In this case, please know that we will do everything in our power to come up with a solution. But unfortunately, things can often be out of our control.

I have used Alternative Airlines a few times now. My experience with them has been great! They negotiated for a fairer deal for me once the airline cancelled the second leg of my flight during the new year. The second time I wanted to cancel my flight - they managed to get me some refund while the airline itself refused to give me any when I called them. I would absolutely recommend this travel agent to my friends.
I was very pleased by the prompt response to my emails regarding a booking on Logan Air. The web site was easy to navigate. When I did not know how to book our seats, I emailed customer service and they responded within 12 hrs and booked our seats for us! When booking my flight I made an entry error. I emailed customer service. I received a quick response that my mistake had been corrected. I was very pleased and will is this company again.
