The airline allows all passengers to bring 1 item of cabin baggage onboard with them. This mustn't weigh more than 7 kg and should fit within the 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm limitations.

ETF Airways also allows all passengers to bring 1 checked suitcase with them. This shouldn't exceed 23kg and should be smaller than 158 cm when height, length and width are combined. The 23kg weight allowance is for European services. As the airline operates charter services on behalf of other airlines please check with them as the baggage policy may differ for your flight.

An economy class product is only offered onboard the airline's aircraft, with 189 seats installed. Unless otherwise stated by your tour operator, all passengers are entitled to 1 cabin bag plus 1 checked bag. Currently, inflight catering and entertainment aren't provided by the airline.

ETF Airways currently doesn't offer online check-in facilities. However, as they operate services for other airlines you may still be able to do so. Please visit the airline that is chartering the service's website for more details.

Airport check-in facilities will be available for passengers. These may be operated by the airline or travel company chartering the services from ETF Airways or may be directly operated by ETF. Information regarding this will be provided by your tour operator once booked. However, ETF Airways states that if they are providing the check-in facility services then they will close these 45 minutes prior to departure. Any passenger who arrives after this will be denied check-in and boarding.
