The fly-drive holiday concept allows you to fly to a destination of your choosing, pick up a hire car to continue the journey and follow along a well-researched itinerary that takes you to all the major sites and landmarks in that destination.

Fly-drive holidays are great for those who love freedom and spontaneity when travelling. Fly drive holidays allow you to fly to whichever destination you desire, hop in the car and drive to wherever you want to explore. The only restriction you'll have is making sure you're back to catch your flight home.
You can also create a completely personal itinerary that suits you, and even if you change it up and swap some dates, it doesn't matter as it's only you to please.
What's Included in a Fly Drive Holiday?
Fly-drive holidays often include the return flights to and from your first destination, a hire car to pick up once you've reached your destination and an itinerary to follow. Some fly-drive holidays include accommodation as part of the ticket.
Do Alternative Airlines offer Fly Drive Holidays?
At Alternative Airlines we don't offer fly-drive holidays, however, we do have over 600 airlines for you to choose from when booking your flight for your fly-drive holiday. We also provide many buy now, pay later options when booking your tickets, leaving you more money to spend on the activities in your itinerary.
The 'Drive'
Once you've booked your flights with Alternative Airlines, it's time to look for a rental car. Unfortunately, Alternative Airlines don't offer the option for car hire however we do have some recommendations on how to make the 'drive' part of your trip, even smoother.
It's always best to prebook the car hire for your fly-drive holiday as you don't want to risk being disappointed when arriving at your destination.
Find a car rental company that has the option to include roadside assistance and breakdown cover for some extra reassurance when you're travelling around on your fly-drive holiday.
