What is Frontier Airlines' Cancellation Policy?
Need to cancel your Frontier Airlines flight but not sure if you're entitled to a refund? At Alternative Airlines, we can help!
Frontier Airlines' cancellation policy states that you will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel your flight within 24 hours from the time you made the booking and at least 7 days before the scheduled flight departure date. Cancellation fees do not apply if you cancel your flight within this 24-hour window. If you booked your Frontier Airlines flight through Alternative Airlines, you can still receive a full refund if you cancel your flight within the 24-hour window. All you need to do is contact us during our operating hours to make your cancellation/refund request.
If you try to contact us outside of our opening hours to cancel your Frontier booking and the 24-hour cancellation period has already expired by the time we've received your request, we won't be able to honour the 24-hour cancellation policy as Frontier won't issue us your refund.
Please get in touch with us between 9am - 8pm UK time if you wish to cancel your Frontier booking within the 24-hour cancellation window and receive a full refund.
Can I Get a Refund for My Frontier Cancellation?
Of course, but you'll need to request to cancel your Frontier Airlines flight within 24 hours from the time you made your booking. At Alternative Airlines, we can issue you your full refund for your Frontier Airlines flight as long as you contact us during our opening hours (9am - 8pm GMT) and within the 24-hour window. This will give us time to process your request and issue you your refund.
Attempting to contact us outside of these hours to cancel your Frontier booking means we may not receive your cancellation/refund request in time and the 24-hour window may have elapsed, meaning we cannot honour the 24-hour cancellation/refund policy.

How to Add Cancellation Protection to a Frontier Booking
1. Fill out our search form at the top of the page with your departure/arrival airports, the dates you plan to fly, how many passengers will be flying and the cabin class you'd like to fly in. To proceed, hit the 'Search Flights' button.
2. Once the search results have loaded, you'll see all available flights based on your search criteria. If you only want to see Frontier flights, use the Airline filter. Choose the flights that are most suitable for you and confirm your selection to proceed.
3. Fill in all the required passenger details and scroll down to reach the Cancellation Protection section. If you'd like to protect your money and be eligible for a full refund should you need to cancel your flight for emergency reasons, tick 'Yes, protect my booking'. Your Frontier Airlines flight will now be protected.
4. Confirm your booking by using any of the payment methods available at checkout. Any refunds you receive from Frontier's 24-hour cancellation policy or from Cancellation Protection will be sent back to the same payment method you used when your first made your booking.

What is the Cancellation Policy for Frontier Airlines?

I've cancelled my Frontier booking - why haven't I received a refund?

Alternative Airlines have no choice but to adhere to Frontier's policies and have no influence over what the airline says.

Can I buy refundable Frontier Airlines flights?
No, all Frontier Airlines tickets are non-refundable.
