Grant Aviation is an Alaskan airline that operates regional services out of its hub base, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). The airline was founded in 1971 and has regularly scheduled flights between Anchorage Airport (ANC), Bethel Airport (BET), Cold Bay Airport (CDB), Dillingham Airport (DLG), Emmonak Airport (EMK), Kenai Municipal Airport (ENA), King Salmon Airport (AKN) and Tom Madsen (Dutch Harbor) Airport (DUT).
The airline carrier flies to eight cities within Alaska. Overall, the airline has a fleet of 32 with turboprop aircraft ranging from Piper, GippsAero, Beechcraft and Cessna that can in total carry 253 passengers at one time.
In 1971, the airline was formed as Delta Air Services and the name of later changed to Grant Aviation in 1993. The village of Emmonak gifted the Grant Aviation a Native owl mask in appreciation for numerous life-saving efforts by transporting patients to receive emergency medical care in the villages of the Yukon River Delta. This mask, later on, became the company logo.
Today, the airline continues to offer air medic services in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta Region through a contract with LifeMed. It's one of the only airlines that fly within the YK Delta, along with Yute Commuter Service and Ryan Air Services.
Grant Aviation passengers are permitted to take 45kg of baggage per person for free. Any additional baggage will be charged at the current excess baggage rate.
Pets need to be in kennels. Guns need to be unloaded and secured. The airline can take the most odd-shaped luggage provided that it can fit through the loading doors of the plane and fit within the cargo space.

The airline emphasis that passengers are advised to arrive 60 minutes before their scheduled departure as flights close 30 minutes before departure. From there, the airline crew members will be ready to help in the check-in and boarding process.
