Simrik Airlines used the Guna brand for some more time before repainting the two Beechcraft 1900 aircraft it had acquired from Guna Air.

However it was announced in 2020 reports began to circulate that the Guna Airlines brand would be re-launching. This was confirmed in 2021, when it was announced that Guna was going to buy five BAe Jetstream 41 aircraft from Yeti Airlines, and restart operations under the brand name Guna Airlines.
