Founded in 1981, the airline began (full name Hageland Aviation Services) as a regional American airline, now known as Ravn Connect. When the airline was launched, it was based in Anchorage, Alaska and flew regional services regional services in and around the area.
The airline operated under its founding name until 2008, when it merged with Frontier Alaska to become Frontier Alaska (Era Alaska). The airline later rebranded and now currently operates as Ravn Connect and flies scheduled passenger flights for Ravn Alaska.

Carry-on luggage must be able to fit in the overhead lockers or under the seat in front of you. It is important to ensure that there are no prohibited items in your carry-on baggage.
Prohibited items, including liquids exceeding 100ml, must be packed in checked baggage. If you need to carry any liquids, they should be in containers of 100ml or less and placed in a plastic bag for airport security checks.
Checked luggage must adhere to international health and safety regulations, which means it cannot weigh more than 32kg and must stay within the permitted size limits.
Any baggage that exceeds the allowed weight or size limit may be subject to additional fees.

Hageland Aviation typically opened its airport check in desks 3 hours prior to the flight departure time. We advised that passengers arrived with plenty of time to check in their baggage.
