Jazz Aviation is a Canadian regional charter carrier. The airline was originally founded by Air Canada in 2002 but then became an independent entity in 2006. However, it continues to work with Air Canada and flies the Air Canada Express routes in Canada and the USA. As of junio 2020, 89 destinations are served within the two countries, carrying 30,000 passengers.

Jazz Aviation has approved a deal that will allow the airline to become an exclusive operator of Air Canada Express flights. Air Canada will transfer the operation of its Embraer E175 fleet to Jazz, making Jazz the sole operator of Air Canada Express services. Air Canada has been realigning its regional services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and will help the airline further achieve efficiencies and reduce operating costs.
