Passengers were allowed to carry one piece of cabin baggage weighing up to 7 kg (15 lbs) with maximum dimensions of 115 cm (55 cm + 35 cm + 25 cm).

The free checked baggage allowance depended on the fare class, route and JetPrivilege (Jet Airways' frequent flyer program) membership status. As a general guideline, Economy Class passengers typically had a checked baggage allowance of 15 kg (33 lbs) for domestic flights. However, passengers with higher fare classes or elite membership status could have received a higher baggage allowance.

Passengers were required to arrive at the airport with sufficient time before their scheduled departure to complete the check-in process. The recommended check-in time for domestic flights was typically 2 hours prior to departure. Passengers could proceed to the designated Jet Konnect/Jet Airways check-in counters at the airport. These counters were usually located in the departure hall or terminal.

This was the standard class available to most passengers. It provided comfortable seating, in-flight meals or snacks depending on the duration of the flight and access to in-flight entertainment (if available).

Jet Konnect also offered a Business Class cabin for passengers seeking a higher level of comfort and service. Business Class passengers enjoyed additional benefits such as priority check-in, access to dedicated lounges at select airports, extra legroom, enhanced meal options and a more personalised level of service.

JetPrivilege allowed members to earn JPMiles, the program's reward currency, by flying with Jet Airways or its partner airlines. JPMiles could also be earned through non-flight activities such as hotel stays, car rentals, shopping and dining with program partners.

JetPrivilege had different membership tiers based on the number of JPMiles earned or the number of flights taken within a specified time period. The tiers were Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Privilege Elite. Each tier offered additional benefits and privileges, such as bonus miles, priority services, lounge access and extra baggage allowance.
