Karinou Airlines is an airline based in Bangui, Central African Republic and operates scheduled passenger services to a range of destinations across Africa.

Karinou Airlines commenced charter operations under African Airlines. Shortly after the rebranding, in early 2013, Karinou Airlines began operating scheduled passenger flights to ten destinations across the African continent reportedly using a capital base of $100 million USD.

Karinou Airlines, an airline based in the Central African Republic, and serving Bangui and Central African subregion, has decided to add Cotonou, the economic capital of Benin, to its destinations starting in agosto 2016.
