The airline flies with small aircraft that has one standard class of seating. It's technically Economy Class, although the seating is much more similar to Business Class. Passengers can expect a premium VIP experience, especially on the Embraer and Dornier aircraft.

The airline flies with an open seating service, which means that passengers are not pre-assigned seats and can choose their own seat as they board on a first-come-first-serve basis.

WiFi is not available.

Food and drink are complimentary with the airline.

Passengers can order drinks once the plane is airborne, with a selection of soft drinks, tea, coffee and water.

A selection of snacks is available for passengers to pick from, including chocolate and candies, as well as a range of savoury snacks like pretzels, peanuts, potato chips and more. Depending on how full the flight is, passengers can help themselves to as many snacks as they like.

The airline is not part of a frequent flyer program.

The airline does not provide an in-flight entertainment system. However, each passenger is given a magazine to read during their flight, which is available in the seat-back pocket of the seat in front of them.
