When booking Key Lime Air flights through Alternative Airlines, to make it easy for you, we display flights as Key Lime Air. Although, the flight may be operated by its subsidiary, Denver Air Connection.

The airline launched in 1997. In the beginning, it only flew cargo flights, mainly flying throughout the Rocky Mountain region. However, with the launch of Denver Air Connection, it turned to scheduled flights and has grown its network out. Today, the airline has the largest single feeder aircraft network in the U.S and has also established itself as a recognisable scheduled airline with Denver Air Connection, as well as a thriving passenger air charter service under the Key Lime Air brand.

Key Lime Air is based at Centennial Airport in Englewood, Colorado, which positions the airline perfectly to offer a convenient service to the West Coast, Central or East Coast of the United States. As well as operating widely to destinations across the U.S, the airline also flies to Canada and beyond. The airline flies to all these destinations as a charter but as of yet, not on a scheduled basis.

Cancellation Policy

Key Lime Air sells two different ticket fares that it sells, with two different cancellation policies. The two different fares are Flexible and Non-Refundable.

The Flexible fare allows passengers to cancel their flight for a full refund, as long as it is cancelled at least 60 minutes before scheduled flight departure time.

The non-refundable fare can be cancelled but cancellation fees apply and passengers will not receive a full or — most times — any type of refund.

At Alternative Airlines, you can turn a non-refundable Key Lime Air flight ticket into a refundable one by purchasing our Cancellation Protection.
