When you fly with Key Lime Air, you are only permitted carry-on baggage and a personal item. Checked baggage is not permitted.
Passengers are given a free carry-on baggage allowance of one personal item. This must fit within the dimensions of 18" x 14" x 8" and must be stored underneath the seats on the aircraft.

Passengers must check in at the airport for their flight. This can be done by visiting one of the check-in agents at the airport of departure. Check-in times for each airport are as follows:
The airline flies with small aircraft that has one standard class of seating. It's technically Economy Class, although the seating is much more similar to Business Class. Passengers can expect a premium VIP experience, especially on the Embraer and Dornier aircraft.
The airline flies with an open seating service, which means that passengers are not pre-assigned seats and can choose their own seat as they board on a first-come-first-serve basis.
