Passengers flying on Kunming Airlines are entitled to one item of carry-on baggage that must be no heavier than 5kg and no larger than the dimensions of 20 x 40 x 55 cm. Please ensure that you don't pack any prohibited items in your carry-on baggage such as liquids over 100ml. Any prohibited items will be removed and thrown away at the airport security check.

Passengers can check-in for their Kunming Airlines flight online from 6pm the night before their flight to 90 minutes before flight departure time. To check-in, passengers should visit the Kunming Airlines online check-in page. Once you've checked in online you should print out your boarding pass or save it on your mobile device.

Passengers can check-in at the airport for their Kunming Airlines flight by visiting the Kunming Airlines check-in desk. Check-in closes between 45—30 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time, depending on where the flight is departing from.

There is also an interactive flight map that displays real-time information about the flight's progress and location.

There is a limited selection of in-flight entertainment on Kunming Airlines' domestic and regional flights. Movies and TV shows are available on overhead screens or via portable devices.
