All passengers — regardless of whether they're flying in Economy Class or Business Class — are entitled ;to a free carry-on baggage allowance of 7 kg. This 7 kg allowance is restricted to one bag per person and the baggage must fit within the dimensions of 40 cm (15.7") x 35 cm (13.8") x 18 cm (7").

In addition to the 7 kg carry-on baggage allowance, passengers may carry a small personal item with them, such as a laptop and bag, small backpack, handbag or other item of a similar size. This item must be small enough to store under the seat in front of passengers.

The free checked baggage allowance will differ depending on whether the passenger is flying in Economy Class or Business Class.

Passengers flying in Economy Class are given a free checked baggage allowance of 23 kg.

Passengers flying in Business Class are given a free checked baggage allowance of 32 kg.

Passengers in Economy Class can expect a relaxed journey with professional service and at a great value.

There are three different fares that passengers can purchase in Economy Class: Non-Flexi, Semi-Flexi and Fully-Flexi.

Non-Flexi is the most restrictive fare and does not allow passengers to change or cancel their flight without paying a fee. Whereas Fully-Flexi is the most flexible fare and does allow passengers to cancel and change their flight without any fees.

Blue Flyer Program

Med-View Airlines offers a loyalty program named "The Blue Flyer" program. This is an electronic loyalty programmer designed to reward passengers each time they fly and providing the opportunity to exchange the miles you earn for tickets.

There are 3 levels to the Blue Flyer membership:

Gold - 15% Bonus on miles earned bi-annually, VIP Lounge Access, Priority Boarding, Priority Check-in Transfers, Extra baggage allowance, Priority reservation waitlist

Silver - Entitled to family account, Priority Boarding, priority Check-In and transfers

Bronze -Earn miles, Choose Seat preference when available

Each level offers its own privileges and benefits and further advantages, depending on the level you choose. The levels miles are valid up until the 31 diciembre each year and reset every 1 enero. Passengers can either downgrade or maintain the level for next year.
