MIAT allows its passengers two pieces of carry-on baggage for Business Class with a total weight of 10 kg and one piece for Economy with a total weight of 5 kg.

MIAT allows its Business Class passengers two pieces of checked baggage at 32kg per bag and one piece of checked baggage at 23kg for Economy Class passengers.

Economy Class Facilities

Economy Class passengers can order food and drink from the airlines' meal and refreshment service, which will be offered once airborne.

Passengers can enjoy a range of entertainment from the airline's in-flight entertainment system. Each passenger has a personal monitor which is fitted to the seat in front of them.

What are Economy Class Seats Like?

Seats are set out in a 2 x 3 x 2 formation on longer flights and a 3 x 3 formation on shorter flights. Seats are designed to give ample room and comfort, particularly in the 2 x 3 x 2 formation, where the formation allows for more space when compared to airlines that use bigger formations on similarly sized aircraft.

Business Class passengers are given special attention from the airline's flight attendants.

Each passenger can enjoy unlimited complimentary snacks and drinks, as well as a delicious hot meal served on every flight.

Passengers are also given an amenity kit, which comes with two pairs of slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, earplugs and body lotion.

The airline's inflight entertainment system can be used to watch a range of TV shows, movies and engage in other entertainment such as music and games. Each passenger has their own personal monitor, which is larger than those in Economy Class.

What are Business Class Seats Like?

The Business Class cabin is set out in a 2 x 1 x 2 or 2 x 2 x 2 formation with 18–25 seats overall on long-haul flights and a 2 x 2 formation with 12 seats overall on short-haul flights. Business Class seats give generous legroom and recline but don't transform fully-flat.

Each seat can be controlled by a touch control remote and has a power outlet and TV monitor fitted into the back of the seat.

Unfortunately, the airlines does not offer online check-in. However, you can check-in at the airport.

MIAT Mongolian Airlines recommend that passengers arrive at the airport 2 hours and 30 minutes before their flight departures as to leave enough time to check-in and go through security.
