Mombasa Air Safari operates light aircraft with a limited number of seats, and only offers one class standard fare on its flights. The airline's aircraft carries up to 13 passengers. There is no flight attendant or toilet facilities on-board, but the journey times are short.

Mombasa Air Safari ask passengers to keep their luggage within the 15kg weight limit, in a soft bag. The soft bag is due to the irregular shape and limited space within the luggage compartment meaning hard suitcases are more difficult to store.
The 15kg of checked luggage permitted is inclusive of the carry-on baggage. Total weight of checked and carry-on baggage is therefore limited to 15kg.

Passengers must check-in at the airport for their Mombasa Air Safari flight at least 30 minutes before their scheduled departure time.
