Ocean, not to be confused with Ocean Airlines that ceased operations in abril 2008, was a proposed subsidiary airline of Lufthansa. In 2020 it was announced that Lufthansa had plans to launch a new airline to serve international destinations from Germany, including from Frankfurt and Dusseldorf. 'Ocean' was the original brand name for this new subsidiary. However, in enero 2021, it was announced that the startup would, instead, launch under a new brand name: ‘Eurowings Discover’.

The destinations for Ocean (now called Eurowings Discover) hasn't been announced yet but the airline is applying to fly from Frankfurt, Munich and Dusseldorf. The airline is planning to operate long-haul routes but it's unclear which region the airline is operating to.

The airline hasn't announced any carry-on baggage allowance yet.
Carry-on baggage must fit in the overhead lockers and under the seat in front. No prohibited items should be in carry-on baggage and must store them in the checked baggage unless the item is banned by the destination country. Prohibition items found by airport security or by the immigration department upon the arrival airport could be confiscated.

Checked baggage cannot weigh over 32kg due to international health and safety regulations and it must not exceed the permitted size allowance.

Online check-in isn't currently available for customers to check-in.
Passengers should arrive at the airport two hours before scheduled departure time to allow plenty of time for check-in, airport security and boarding. The airline reserves the right to refuse to board for any passengers who are late for check-in.
Passengers should report to the airline check-in counters as soon as the passport arrives at the airport. Airline check-in counters are labelled with the airline name and logo and the located is listed on the departure information board.
Ocean hasn't announced its fleet plans but it's likely to be wide-body aircraft as it's planning to serve the long-haul market.
