Panh is a Russian airline that was established in 2013 as a regional airline. The company faced issues, halting services and restructuring into a charter heli-airline. The airline originally began operations with a fleet of Cessna 208 and Let L-410 aircraft but has since shifted to an all helicopter fleet. Panh specialises in offshore services, freight services, passenger services and more. The airline operates to destinations across the Irkutsk Oblast and Buryatia regions of Russia as well as contracted air taxi services for the Krasnodar and Adygeya regions.
