Panh is a Russian airline that was established in 2013 as a regional airline. The company faced issues, halting services and restructuring into a charter heli-airline. The airline originally began operations with a fleet of Cessna 208 and Let L-410 aircraft but has since shifted to an all helicopter fleet. Panh specialises in offshore services, freight services, passenger services and more. The airline operates to destinations across the Irkutsk Oblast and Buryatia regions of Russia as well as contracted air taxi services for the Krasnodar and Adygeya regions.

All passengers are allowed to bring 1 piece of cabin baggage weighing up to 5kg and should not exceed the dimensions of 40 × 30 × 20 cm.

The airline also allows you to bring checked luggage as standard. However, this is capped at 10kg and should have combined dimensions of 203 cm.

Panh doesn't offer online check-in, meaning you will have to do this on arrival at the airport.

The airline states that check-in opens 90 minutes prior to the scheduled departure and closes 40 minutes before the printed departure time on your ticket. In some cases, check-in may also close 20 minutes before the departure of the helicopter. However, check with the airline to avoid missing this.

Travel Classes

The airline only offers one class of travel for all passengers. This means that you can expect to receive the same experience like everyone else on each flight. Complimentary refreshments may be provided onboard and complimentary luggage is included. The seat type may differ slightly from aircraft due to size constraints and helicopter manufacturer, however, these tend to be plush leather seats. Inflight entertainment is not provided so make sure to bring your own!

In-flight Entertainment & Wi-Fi

Panh operates a fleet of helicopters and so have decided to not install any inflight entertainment or wifi onboard.

Food and Drink

Panh does offer its passengers complimentary refreshments, however, the level of this service standard is unknown.
