Pineapple Air is a small regional airline in the Bahamas. The airline was founded in 1999 and commenced operations in 2000, using a 15-seat Beechcraft C99 aircraft. Since then, the airline has expanded its fleet, adding larger Beechcraft 1900, Embraer 110 Bandeirante, and Short 360-300 aircraft.

Each passenger are allowed one checked bag. Checked bags must not exceed 40 pounds, or exceed 62" (157.48 cm) in dimensions, otherwise an excess baggage fee will be applied.
Each passenger can carry one person item (such as a small brief case, purse, or small back pack) onto the plane. This personal item must be able to be stowed under the seat in front, and not exceed the following dimensions: 10"H x 10"L x 10"W.
Online check-in is not currently available for this airline. Passengers will need to arrive at the airport to complete check-in.
Check-in for all flights must be completed at the airport. Check-in begins two hours prior to scheduled departure time and closes forty-five minutes before the flight is scheduled to depart.
There is only one class of seating onboard the flights: Standard Economy.
Facilities onboard the small planes are limited, and passengers are encouraged to make use of the facilities available at the airport terminals before departing.
The cabins are clean and comfortable, with storage under the seat in front for passengers to stow their carry-on item.

Flying with pets permitted. Pets are allowed to travel onboard flights in the cabin of the aircraft, subject to the airline's terms and conditions. The maximum dimensions for carry-on kennels are 17.5 inches long x 12 inches wide x 7.5 inches high. In all instances, an additional fee will apply. The airline will need to be informed before the departure date to ensure the pet can be accommodated.
