The carrier was founded as a charter airline in 2002 and only started commercial operations in 2018. The airline's first commercial flight was between Clark and Caticlan. Since then, the airline expanded its network domestically and internationally from the Philippines.

Carry-on baggage must fit the overhead lockers or under the seat in front, no prohibited items are allowed onboard including any fluid exceeding 100ml. Any prohibited items found at airport security would be confiscated by the staff.
Any baggage exceeding 32kg would not be accepted by the airline due to international health and safety regulations. Oversized baggage wouldn't be accepted by the airline as well, but it may be accepted by the airline as oversized cargo.

Online check-in isn't available for passengers, all passengers must check-in at the airport.
Passengers are advised to check-in at the airport two hours before the flight. When arriving at the airport, passengers should proceed to the check-in counter first especially if the traveller is flying with checked baggage. The airport should have a designated check-in area with the airline logo and name above the check-in counter.
