Sepehran Airlines has different baggage policies for carry-on and checked baggage.

The airline mostly operates small domestic flights and so they provide an all-economy flight meaning that the is one cabin class offered and that is the standard Economy class. The airline provides you with amenities including one free checked piece of baggage, refreshments, beverages, and the option of choosing your seat.

Seats

Seats are positioned in a 3 x 3, depending on the aircraft and ensuring that each passenger will sit by either a window, aisle or between passengers.

Sepehran Airlines passengers must check in at the airport since the airline doesn't offer online check in.

The airline does have a frequent flyer program called the SkyGift. The program provides its regular fliers with benefits such as free excess baggage, free transport at the destination airport, air fare discounts, and using CIP lounge at the airport.
Club members will be offered blue, silver, and gold cards depending on the mileage travelled by the national carrier.

The airline is not currently part of an airline alliance program.
