Smartwings Poland is a charter airline and subsidiary of Czech airline, Smartwings. The airline is based at Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) and offers charter flights to leisure destinations across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. Altogether, it has more than 30 destinations in its route network that it offers passenger charter flights to.
The airline launched as Travel Service Polska in 2012 but rebranded as Smartwings Poland at the same time that its parent airline, Travel Service rebranded to Smartwings in 2018.

The airline flies to more than 30 destinations across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. This includes destinations such as Katowice, Palermo, Rhodes, Tirana, Tenerife, Punta Cana, Antalya, Tel Aviv, Sharm El Sheikh, Zanzibar, Antalya, Krabi and more.
Baggage allowance will differ depending on the route flown. However, passengers will be able to see the baggage allowance on the Alternative Airlines website when selecting their Smartwings Poland flight, at the time of booking.
If a passenger has already booked their flight with Smartwings Poland, the baggage will also be displayed on their e-ticket for reference.
The airline has a single cabin, Economy Class, which consists of 189 seats. The cabin is looked after and the airlines' cabin crew is available to help with anything that passengers might want or need.
Seats are set out in a 3 x 3 configuration, with between 30–32" (76–81 cm) of seat pitch and 17" (43 cm) of width.
The food and drink offering on the flight depends on the route flown. On long-haul flights, passengers will be given a complimentary, along with a choice of snacks and drinks. On short-haul flights, passengers will be served a range snacks and drinks, with hot and cold options.
Check-in can be completed online via the Smartwings online check-in page. Online check-in closes one hour before scheduled flight departure time.
Airport check-in can be completed by visiting the airline check-in counters at the airport of departure. Airport check-in times differ depending on the arrival destinations, however, generally, check-in counters close 40 minutes before scheduled flight departure time.
Smartwings Poland has one Boeing 737-800 within its fleet, which it uses for the majority of its flights. It also uses the same aircraft type, borrowed from its parent airline when it needs the additional resource.
Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) is the main international airport in Poland and the hub airport for Smartwings Poland. The airport has one large terminal building with two runways. It serves over 18 million passengers annually. Smartwings Poland has used Warsaw Chopin as its hub since it began flying in 2012. The airline also has a secondary hub at Katowice International Airport (KTW).
