Currently Southwest only offers direct Cancun flights from the continental United States. This means that if you are travelling from further afield then you will be unable to travel with the airline. Unless you connect via one of the airline's hub airports that has a direct route to Cancun. However, this often can be time-consuming and may make travelling less flexible for you. We, therefore, recommend that if travelling from outside of the US, you travel with an alternative airline.

Yes! Southwest offers 17 destinations in the US direct from Cancun! However, some of these are seasonal so may not be available at the time of booking. If you are travelling from elsewhere in the US then you may need to connect through one of these destinations if travelling with Southwest. We recommend international travellers book with other airlines as it may be easier to travel with an alternative airline as Southwest doesn't offer direct international services to Cancun.
No, Southwest doesn't offer a business class on any of their services, domestic or international. However, you can purchase the airlines 'Business Select' fare which offers priority boarding, quicker check-in, security fast-track and complimentary drinks voucher onboard. However, the seating is the same as the wider economy cabin.
Some routes offered by Southwest may be seasonal so they may not be operated at the times you are looking. Similarly, Southwest may not fly from the airport you are travelling from. But don't worry, we'll still get you to Cancun! Either, change your dates or consider one of the many alternative airline options available.
