Sriwijaya Air is an Indonesian Airline based in Jakarta which has its headquarters in Soekamo-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, near Jakarta. It is one of Indonesia's largest airlines. The airline was taken over by Garuda Indonesia, through its subsidiary Citilink in noviembre 2018.
Passengers with Sriwijaya Air can check in online from 24 hours and up to four hours before flight departure. Passengers checking in baggage are required to check their luggage at the airport no later than 30 minutes before departure. If you are unable to print your boarding pass, you can reprint it at airport check-in.
Passengers checking in at the airport must check in one hour and 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure.
Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of hand baggage. The item must not exceed 56cm x 33cm x 23cm nor weigh more than 7kg. The baggage must be able to fit under the seat in front of you.
The checked baggage allowance for Sriwijaya Air is 20kg except for flights between Tanjung Pinang and Jakarta, for which the baggage allowance is 15kg.
