TAME Airlines, or TAME Ecuador, is the flag carrier and state-owned airline of Ecuador. It is the largest airline operating from Ecuador. TAME was founded as Transportes Aereos Militares Ecuatorianos (TAME) and began operations in 1962. It has it's hub at Quito at Mariscal Sucre International Airport and its focus cities are Guayaquil, Cuenca, Manta and Esmeraldas.
The airline is dedicated to providing increased connectivity for its passengers, and currently links 11 destinations within the Amazon, Sierra, Costa and Galapagos - it is one of only three airlines to fly to the beautiful Galapagos Islands. It also flies to a number of international destinations, including Fort Lauderdale in the USA.
If you are looking to book a flight on TAME, you can do through Alternative Airlines. We are a UK based travel agency, and our flight booking website is in English and is easy-to-use. Find out more about Alternative Airlines here.

The airline operates a frequent flyer program called TAME Millas, whereby frequent flyers are rewarded.
