Thai Lion Air operates from Bangkok's main airport, Don Mueang International Airport, with domestic and international scheduled flights. The airline is the subsidiary of the airline group Lion Air. Thai Lion Air's first flight was in diciembre 2013 between Bangkok - Chiang Mai. The airline shares services with Malindo Air between Kuala Lumpur International and Bangkok. Denpasar becomes the second destination in Indonesia that Thai Lion Air serves from the Thai capital, with it already flying to Jakarta. In total Thai Lion Air now offers 24 routes from Don Mueang on over 450 weekly flights.

Bangkok Don Mueang International (DMK) is one of the two airports that serve Bangkok and it was previously known as Bangkok International Airport. The airport has a total of two passenger terminals. Terminal one serves international flights and AirAsia only whereas terminal two serves domestic flights. Thai Lion Air is located in terminal two.

Thai Lion Air adjusts start date for service to Nepal
Thai Lion Air have changed their scheduling of a new route that they're launching which flies between Bangkok Don Mueang (DMK) and Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM). initially, the route was supposed to start service on 1 mayo 2018, however, the airline has now pushed the date back to 1 agosto 2018. The service will run three times a week and will carry passengers on the Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
