The airline was created by a group of entrepreneurs with experience in the Aeronautics Industry in Venezuela, with the primary objective of providing convenient public air transport.
On all flights, all passengers are entitled to a maximum of 1 piece of carry-on, measuring 40 x 55 x 20 cm and weighing up to 8 Kg. One additional personal item (briefcase, coat, laptop) is allowed.
Domestic flights: Passengers are entitled to two pieces of hold luggage; each must not exceed 158cm (Height + Width + Depth) and a weight of 23 Kg.
International flights: Passengers are entitled to three pieces of hold luggage; each must not exceed 40 x 55 x 20 cm and a weight of 23 Kg.
