About Tus Airways

Tus Airways is a new airline based at Larnaca International Airport (LCA), Cyprus, headquartered in Larnaca. Tus Airways started operating in marzo 2016 and was founded to provide improved access between Cyprus and neighbouring countries in the Eastern Mediterranean with the high-frequency schedule during the day, comfortable, economic and alternative flights.

The first flight was with a Saab 340B operating from Larnaca to Tel Aviv and Haifa in Israel. Tus Airways was awarded the Air Operator Certificate in octubre 2015 and the Commercial Aviation License in diciembre 2015. Tus Airways currently has flights to Israel (Tel Aviv and Haifa), the Greek Islands in the summer period (Rhodes, Samos, Kos, Kefalonia, Karpathos, Mytilene & Skiathos), and Amman.

Duty-free is provided on board for flights between Cyprus and non-European countries such as Lebanon, Jordan, Ukraine, Israel and Egypt. Larnaca International Airport is registered under Hermes Airports Ltd in Cyprus. Hermes Airports Ltd is an international consortium of 9 shareholders, representing a mix of Cypriot and international partners. They run another airport – Pafos airport. Annually, the two airports together handle over 7 million passengers.


Tus Airways Baggage

Carry-on Baggage

Tus Airways passengers are permitted one piece of hand baggage with a maximum weight of 8kg.

Checked Baggage

The maximum weight for baggage booked onto your Tus Airways flight is 20kg. Checked baggage should not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.

Additional Baggage

Travellers can add additional checked baggage. This can be done online via TUS Airways website or its Call Centre, with a prepaid charge of EUR 20 / USD 25 per piece. Charges at the airport will start from EUR 30 / USD 30 per piece.


Tus Airways Check-in

Web Check-in

Online Check-in for Tus Airways is available from 24 hours and up to four hours before flight departure. Passengers should print their boarding pass once online check-in is completed. You should be at the boarding gate at least 45 minutes before flight departure.

Airport Check-in

Unaccompanied minors, passengers requiring special assistance and passengers travelling in a group of ten or more are required to check-in at the airport before their Tus Airways flight.

Economy Class is the only cabin class that the airline offers. 

Economy Class Facilities

The Economy Class service is carried out by the airlines professionally train cabin crew, who are available to attend to whatever your needs.

On select flights, food and drink are available to order. Flight attendants will offer each passenger the opportunity to order once the flight is airborne. 

What are Economy Class Seats Like?

The aircraft is set out in a 2 x 3 configuration, with either 60 or 100 seats, depending on what aircraft is flown on. Each seat has between 32—34 inches of pitch.
