UNI Air is a Taiwanese airline based in Zhongshan, Taipei and is the domestic and regional subsidiary of EVA Air. The airline was previously named Makung Airlines. UNI Air flies to many destinations including Chongqing, Fuzhou, Hangzhou, Huangshan, Nanjing, Ningbo, Qingdao, Shenyang, Shenzhen, Wuxi, Seoul, Beigan Island, Chiayi, Kaohsiung, Kinmen, Magong, Nangan, Taichung, Pingtung, Tainan, Taipei, Taitung and Ho Chi Minh City.
UNI Air has codeshare agreements with Air China, EVA Air, Hainan Airlines, Shandong Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines and Xiamen Airlines. UNI Air operates two-class services, Business and Economy-class seating. Business-class passengers have access to EVA Air's Evergreen Lounges.
The UNI Air fleet contains 15 Airbus A321-200 and 14 ATR 72-600.
UNI Air online check-in opens 24 hours prior to scheduled flight departure and closes one hour prior.
Each passenger is allowed one piece of carry-on baggage plus one personal item. The baggage must not exceed a maximum weight of 7kg nor have dimensions larger than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm.
The free checked baggage allowance for Economy Class passengers is 10kg on domestic flights. On international flights, the baggage allowance is 30kg for Economy Class passengers, 35kg for Premium Economy passengers and 40kg for Business Class passengers.
