Carry-on Baggage
ViaAir passengers are entitled to one item of carry-on baggage included with the fare of their ViaAir airline ticket. This baggage must not exceed 40 x 30 x 22 cm.
Checked Baggage
ViaAir passengers will have to purchase any checked baggage that they wish to take on their flight. ViaAir charges $25USD for the first bag, $35USD for the second bag and $75USD for the third bag. Bags at this price must not exceed 13.5kg in weight.
ViaAir Check-In Information
Web Check-in
Online check-in opens 24 hours before scheduled flight time and closes 1 hour before for all ViaAir flights. Passengers can check-in online by visiting the ViaAir web check-in page and entering your flight date, departure airport, reservation number and flight number.
Airport Check-In
Passengers are able to check-in at the airport by visiting the ViaAir check-in desks at the airport. Airport check-in is available up until 1 hour before scheduled flight departure time. However, we recommend getting the airport 30 minutes—1 hour prior to this if you're checking in at the airport to allow time to get check-in and pass through security.
