Windrose Airlines is a charter airline based in Kiev, Ukraine. The airline was established in 2003 to provide charter flights to destinations in Europe and the Middle East. Regular flights to Moscow and Kaliningrad in Russia were initiated in 2006. Since 2008, Windrose Airlines has focused on charter flights.
Windrose flies to destinations in Western Europe, Middle East and Asia. These include Sharm el-Sheikh, Hurghada, Punta Cana, Hong Kong, Tel Aviv, Antalya, Dubai, Salzburg, Pula, Split, Poprad and many others. The carry-on baggage allowance for Windrose flights is one piece of carry-on baggage with a maximum weight of 5kg, with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 35cm x 15cm.
Economy Class passengers are permitted a baggage allowance of 23kg. Premium Economy Class passengers are permitted a maximum baggage allowance of 30kg. Infants and newborns are permitted a checked baggage allowance of 10kg.
